Yet another new layout, now that Halloween is over. This one suits me, yathink?

I always find it annoying when people post to a community and open with, "Mods, if this isn't appropriate for this community, feel free to delete."

#1: Why should it be the mods' job to delete your post simply because you can't be arsed to read the rules?

#2: Do you really think the mods need your go-ahead to delete an irrelevant post, anyway?

ETA: If you are already on my friends list, you don't need to do anything--you'll still be able to read my posts. The bit about wishing to be added is only for folks who read my lj but aren't listed on my friends list.
